As first time homebuyers we did some research but we definitely needed someone we could trust.  We will be forever thankful for Carolyn helping us to navigate the market and make sure we got any issues with the property taken care of before we signed on the dotted line.  She was there from start to finish and we would recommend her and use her again in a heartbeat!

With retirement in sight, I became aware of the need to stabilize my budget. I was not on a fixed income which does not work well with rent that increases every year.  I met Carolyn Brown to discuss options.  She advised that I get pre-approved to provide some leverage once I found a property.  Before we looked at any properties she took the time to discover my needs and wants in a home.  With this information, she tailored our vieiwing to properties that met and/or exceeded my criteria.  This saved a lot of time and energy.  Once I found the perfect property, Carolyn patiently and professionally walked me through the process.  She even worked with my loan agent to make sure everything was done in a timely manner.  On December 23, 2020, Carolyn handed me the keys to my forever home.  I have been so happy here and it fits me perfectly.  I highly recommend her for personal, professional and patient service.  You will not be disappointed.  Thank you Carolyn!
