Thankful!

As first time homebuyers we did some research but we definitely needed someone we could trust.  We will be forever thankful for Carolyn helping us to navigate the market and make sure we got any issues with the property taken care of before we signed on the dotted line.  She was there from start to finish and we would recommend her and use her again in a heartbeat!

It was an amazing experience having Carolyn as my realtor. She was super knowledgeable and attentive. She went far and above to assist me with locating my forever home.  Her famous statement is don’t be “Mortgage Broke”, don’t buy a home to the limit of what you’re approved for.  Carolyn always had a plan when we were out looking at houses.  She would always have a list of houses to look at each outing.  Carolyn made the stressful time of house searching a breeze.  I would 100% recommend her as your Realtor!!!
